Position: Social Media Manager

This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice, driving customer engagement, and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Amazon's broader marketing goals to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Content Creation: Create compelling and visually appealing content tailored to various social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Community Management: Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all social media platforms to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including PR, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, leveraging them to enhance Amazon’s social media presence.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and events to increase engagement and drive traffic.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
- Experience in advertising campaigns and paid social media strategies is a plus.
